Job Title: Manufacturing & Supply (Production Engineer) –Suzhou
Education required: Bachelor or above education in science or engineering, pharmaceutical related
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
You will be excited to:
· Manage the routine manufacturing activities to meet production targets
· Ensure that our products meet the desired quality specifications
· Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety and Regulatory requirements
· Drive process yield, cycle time and productivity improvement projects
· Work on a range of different products and technologies, including bulk manufacturing, sterile processes, granulation, compression, and distillation
· Process monitoring and troubleshooting
· Conduct investigations on quality and safety related issues
· Support internal and external regulatory and safety audits
· Support Capital projects and New Product Introductions
You’ll need:
· a relevant engineering degree and strong technical skills

· Learn about cGMP and quality regulations to be Quality SME in inspections
· Understand the role of quality in supply chain operation
· Work on PRS(Product Requirement Specification) local implementation project
· Play as a key member in NPI project as Quality Representative
· Be involved in new staring material sourcing progress
· Support Supplier Qualification program
· Change Control Mgt and Veeva QMS local implementation
· Promote quality culture and Lean mindset in starting material incoming
· Product Complaint handling and external communication

You will be excited to
· Enhance the process understanding for the manufacturing processing which include process robustness study, initiate process improvement, carry out trial and process validation.
· Be involved in technical innovation projects, managing project planning, implementation, commissioning of new equipment and monitoring projects to ensure on time delivery.
· Key technical trouble shooting of production problems in a manufacturing facility.
You’ll need:
· Pharmaceutical related Major, General Understanding of Capsule/Tablet/Cream Manufacturing
· A genuine passion for the healthcare industry and getting products to patients
· Result driven with agility and business acumen
· Down to earth and ready to learn in the shopfloor about the technics
· Skills on coordination, communication, organization, comprehensive judgement and problem solving

三、天津工厂管培项目：
中美史克管培生项目，是天津中美史克工厂的管培生项目，目标是培养工厂未来的优秀管理者。
职业路径一: 通用管理发展路径
从生产管理做起，经过为期24个月包含3个岗位的轮岗拓宽眼界，积累经验，成就未来的生产相关管理者
职业路径二: 专业管理发展路径
旨在为质量部和工程部等技术部门培养专业人才，经过为期24个月包含3个岗位的轮岗，不断加深专业领域的知识和经验，成就未来的专业技术相关管理者
项目亮点：

职位介绍：生产管培生
主要岗位职责:
· 在车间进行轮岗学习，了解公司产品和制造工序;
· 学习生产环节的管理，如现场流程管理、物料管理、计划管理、人员管理、质量管理、设施管理等;
· 在直线经理领导下，有效控制生产过程，组织文明生产、安全生产，确保车间人员、设备、设施安全;
· 协助直线经理进行车间各项工作管理，如成本控制，控制车间物料、包材及其它消耗品的领用，降低成本;
· 直线经理安排的其它项目和工作。
职位要求：
· 本科或硕士，化学工程类，制药类等相关专业;
· 积极主动，逻辑清楚;
· 具有团队合作能力，计划、沟通与协调能力，具有良好的英语读写能力和听说能力。
